Here is another take on taking two of Eric's excellent indicators and combining them. I combined the Heiken Ashi Algo and the Stocashi + Caffeine Crush. Added the two together in the same window, and removed the Stocashi while leaving the Caffeine Crush piece.

Although I have been doing GREAT with the Heiken Ashi Algo, I wanted the Caffeine Crush...Here is another take on taking two of Eric's excellent indicators and combining them. This afternoon I put it to work and had two awesome entries long on BTC and the caffeine crush did its job of keeping me out of the last trade before I quit for the day.

Why would I ride naked besides liking the feel of my balls in the breeze?

Momentum & direction...when I am green on the 6 hr, 4 hr, and 1 hr then I am betting on direction will overall head to the upside.

If you notice...it does not fall by much...that is the power of direction. But then while I was writing this up, I took the last trade in the screenshot and rode it up to an 89% profit.... ka-ching! BOOM!

Okay... I have been putting the Coffeebreak indicator through its paces and here are a few observations.

My first observation was it was very difficult for me to make that switch in my head to the support and resistance levels being set by the RSI. A very novel concept I have to admit. At first, I was scratching my head saying "WTF is it telling me?" The "ah-ha" moment occurred when I started simultaneously drawing the boxes on the price candle when the indicator started drawing the box on the RSI.

For me, this has been invaluable when dealing with the end of a run-up or down the chart. The number one thing that I hate more than anything is getting caught by a false breakout at the end of a run. This indicator shows them every time. The other thing that pleasantly surprised me was the way that it tells you once the RSI breaks out of its range between 10 and -10, if it doesn't draw out a support or resistance level then it is on like Donkey Kong...the price is going to move and you are going to get profits.

I suggest others who are trying to figure this out this indicator to watch Eric's videos closely, stopping and replaying. Take your time with just that indicator and NOTHING ELSE. No moving averages, nothing! It will help you start to see the patterns and behavior. The coffee break indicator is sitting silently underneath the chart telling you everything you need to know about that price action.
